The 1999 FSU Women's Soccer Season

Season Summary Carrie Lysik, former assistant coach, was named head coach
for the 1999 campaign of Frostburg
State women’s
soccer. The Bobcats finished third in
the AMCC regular season and returned again to the conference tournament where
they faced La Roche, this time coming out on top 2-0 in the semi-final match.
Frostburg received it’s second bid to the AMCC tournament championship in it’s
history and was again defeated by a feisty Penn-State Behrend 2-0. The Lady
‘Cats finished the ’99 campaign with another winning season, 11-10 overall and
2-2 in the AMCC regular season.
